Patrick is the founding Director of PHS with over 24 years of healthcare experience specialising in the areas of activity based funding, patient billing and patient costing and casemix reporting.

    In 2014, Patrick oversaw the expansion of PHS into the Middle East, Malaysia and Ireland, with the implementation of PHS products into those countries.

    In Australia, PHS now has 15 state-wide contracts and Patrick has overseen each of these major patient billing and patient costing implementations. Overseas, Patrick has worked in a number of countries, assisting primarily with the implementation of patient costing and activity based funding.

    Designer of the award-winning PowerPerformance Manager, which has since gone on to become the standard in Australia, Patrick is an authority on healthcare funding and quality. He regularly presents at conferences and is published in industry journals.

Amanda Anderson - Chief Operations Officer & Company Secretary

Amanda Anderson, Chief Operations Officer & Company Secretary

Amanda heads up the Operations Division with Finance, Quality, Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Technical Writing, Administration, Human Resources and Infrastructure teams reporting to her. Amanda is responsible for the general operations of the company including finance, legal, expansion, processes, and management of growth.

Amanda is also Company Secretary and provides a direct link to the Board of Directors. Additionally Amanda oversees the international subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Ireland, the UK, and New Zealand, and is heavily involved in the company strategic direction.

    At PHS, Amanda has been building on the existing structure of the company, such as the review and formalisation of policies & procedures especially in the areas of WHS and HR. Amanda has also set up overseas companies in Hong Kong and Ireland, in addition to the existing UK and NZ entities. Amanda has setup monthly reporting to the Board and has reviewed & reissued all employee contracts. Her HR team has successfully implemented a new performance appraisal system.

    Amanda is a CA with 25 years experience in Finance, starting at KPMG. Amanda has since been the Chief Financial Officer in various small to medium enterprises.
